Today I leave for another Vipassana Silent Meditation retreat, and enter into the sweet state of noble silence, along with intensive daily meditation. This means that for the next 2 weeks I will be away from all online platforms, all electronics, internet, and all the digital noise associated with that, along with no speech or dialogues with other humans, and instead focus on further quieting and training for my mind.
