Take a moment to pause and reflect on who you are, how you are, the choices you make, and why. Then aim to turn such moments of reflection into daily practices for mindful and authentic living.

We can reject everything else: religion, ideology, all received wisdom. But we cannot escape the necessity of love and compassion….
