Energy work and healing is still a very mysterious, and not fully understood phenomenon that happens. Depending on the healer we may walk away with a new outlook on life, healed from a physical, mental or emotional condition, or perhaps not feeling anything at all. I have been fortunate to have many healings now with energy healer Simon Hay and each one has been unique, in terms of what I experience, how I feel and what new insights I walk away with, from them.

After a recent healing session with Simon, a series of thoughts came to me that I felt were of importance to share. I was at home after the healing, when all these thoughts came flooding into my mind. At first I tried to carry on with my daily chores but I was unable to concentrate as they were quite persistently present in my mind. Allowing myself to experience them, instead of pushing them away, I decided that I had to sit down and put them in writing. While doing this, I had the overwhelming feeling that they had to be shared with as many people as possible. I am sure that spirit was driving me to do this—I felt connected.

Before I share the words that came to me, I must explain that during my healings with Simon I go into a trance-like state. This does not happen to everyone, but it seems to happen to me. While I am in this state, I seem to be able to pass information from spirit to Simon. At the end of a healing session, it takes me a little while to come out of the trance state and re-orient myself back into the physical. However after this particular session, I came out of the trance quite abruptly. I believe that spirit wanted me to write down these thoughts. And so it is a pleasure to also share them with you all.

To heal someone or to be healed by someone is not power, but the simple gift of aceptance.

To live a full life, one must learn to embrace death.

Life is a gift, only in death will it truly be accepted.

Accept people for who they are, not what you perceive them to be.

To express one’s feelings, is to hide one’s doubts.

To seek the truth, is to open one’s heart and mind.

There are many lives for you to travel, each ending has a new beginning.

At the begining of life you wish you were older, at the end of your life you wish you were younger. Enjoy your youth and let time grow you older naturally.

Greed leads to anger, anger leads to conflict, and conflict leads to war. Don’t wish for any more than you need, and live a healthy and happy lifetime.

Share what little you have with friends, and reap the reward of happiness and fulfilment.

Now that I have shared the above words and messages, I feel a certain feeling of ease and I can feel spirit and/or my guides are happy as well. May we all be open to feeling, hearing and sharing that which may be working with us for the betterment of all.

About the Author

Gary Fowler—I grew up on a dairy farm in western Australia, where I was blessed to be able to grow up with nature. My life has been simple, and difficult at times. I spent 10 years in the Australian Army where I suffered PTSD and other injuries/illnesses, which led me to spending some time in a psychiatric hospital. At this point in life, I am happy to have my mental and physical health under control, most of which I credit energy healing for.
